Please provide the following at the time of booking: Your name, property, square footage, date you are looking to go live, and services needed.
A quick note about scheduling: All reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate our schedules and work with your schedule as well as your sellers. During peak season when we are commuting between properties, please allow a buffer of 10-20 mins due to traffic, challenges that arise at shoots, such as moving objects, arranging furniture, last minute requests. All reasonable efforts are made to arrive prior to scheduled time to budget for walk throughs to survey property and provide guidance for rearranging rooms, moving cars, and any pre-shoot prep.
